Hanwha Semitech Americas is pleased to announce the appointment of Jarred Ragard as Regional Sales Manager, strengthening the company’s sales leadership as it continues to expand across North America.

Ragard brings over a decade of experience in sales and strategic account development across the manufacturing and industrial sectors. Most recently, he held a senior sales role at a global SMT solutions provider, where he drove an 11% year-over-year sales increase in a down market and was recognized as a top-performing sales leader. He also secured multiple new customer wins and supported key software and onboarding initiatives.

Throughout his career, Ragard has consistently delivered strong results by combining technical insight with a customer-centric approach. He previously held key account leadership roles at major multinational companies, where he implemented successful growth strategies, led cross-functional teams, and helped develop scalable sales training programs.

Ragard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Potsdam and has completed advanced training in consultative and strategic selling through programs such as FranklinCovey, Prime Resource Group, and eCornell.

In his new role, Ragard will focus on developing strategic customer partnerships and driving growth for Hanwha’s SMT and automation solutions across key regions in the Americas.
