The Malcom RCX system will demonstrate real-time reflow profiling and modules including monitoring of O2 level, air velocity, vibration and video while the Malcom Dip Tester enables accurate wave and selective solder wetting evaluations.
Additionally, Seika will present the Unitech PCB Cleaner, an inline/offline system engineered for high-throughput and effective particle removal, improving soldering performance and product reliability.
