Seika Machinery, Inc., a leading provider of advanced machinery, materials and engineering services, will exhibit at the SMTA Guadalajara Expo, taking place September 17–18, 2025 at Expo Guadalajara, Salón Jalisco Hall D & E. Visit Booth 105 to explore Seika’s latest innovations in PCB assembly and cleaning technology.

Seika will feature a powerful lineup of solutions designed to enhance process efficiency, quality, and traceability. Live demonstrations will include the Sayaka CT23S PCB Router, known for its high-speed precision depaneling with minimal stress on components with easy, Windows GUI software programming, auto board alignment and QR code reading in a compact form—ideal for today’s high-mix and complex boards.

Also on display will be the Sawa Ecobrid stencil cleaner, offering both automatic cleaning and drying within 6 minutes in a compact footprint. The Malcom RCX system will demonstrate real-time reflow profiling and modules including monitoring of O2 level, air velocity, vibration and video while the Malcom Dip Tester enables accurate wave and selective solder wetting evaluations.

Additionally, Seika will present the Unitech PCB Cleaner, an inline/offline system engineered for high-throughput and effective particle removal, improving soldering performance and product reliability.

Seika’s team will be available to discuss process control, cost efficiency, and how these solutions integrate into smart factory initiatives.
