Kurtz Ersa Inc., a leading supplier of electronics production equipment, is pleased to announce its participation in the SMTA Guadalajara Expo & Tech Forum, taking place September 17–18, 2025, at Expo Guadalajara, Salón Jalisco Hall D & E. Visit Booth 322 to explore Ersa’s latest soldering, reflow, and rework technologies.

This year’s highlights include the HOTFLOW THREE, Ersa’s most advanced reflow soldering system to date. Assembled at Kurtz Ersa’s new facility in Juarez, Mexico, the HOTFLOW THREE combines intelligent thermal profiling with exceptional energy efficiency and space-saving design, making it ideal for high-mix, high-reliability manufacturing environments.

Attendees will also experience the power and precision of the VERSAFLOW 4/55, a modular selective soldering system engineered for maximum throughput and flexibility across a range of PCB assemblies.

For rework applications, Ersa will feature the HR 600P, a fully automated rework platform optimized for high-end BGA and SMD components. Alongside this, Ersa’s full line of professional soldering tools will be on display, delivering the performance and reliability needed for today’s precision manufacturing demands.

In addition, Ersa will showcase the ICSF Select6 from Interflux®, a next-generation low-solids flux specially developed for selective soldering. The ICSF Select6 ensures clean soldering results with low residue and consistent process control.

With decades of innovation and application expertise, Kurtz Ersa continues to equip electronics manufacturers with state-of-the-art solutions that boost productivity, quality, and sustainability.

Don’t miss your chance to connect with the Ersa team at Booth 322 and learn more about these technologies. For more information about Kurtz Ersa Inc., visit www.ersa.com.
