Dibal has launched the VT-600 e, a new tool that offers effective content control for manufacturers of pre-packaged products. This tool helps users comply with the most stringent European regulations while also delivering significant cost savings in the production process.

The VT-600 e is a comprehensive solution that enables statistical controls to be carried out under European directives 76/211/EEC and 2007/45/EC, as well as under Royal Decree 1801/2008, ensuring that pre-packaged products comply with the nominal mass or volume values indicated on their packaging and allowing their e-marking. This equipment is ideal for all types of industries that require precise content control, both in solid and liquid products, with the option of carrying out destructive or non-destructive controls.

Key features of VT-600 ℮ – optimise production by reducing losses due to overfilling; improve batch management and the production control process; and facilitate traceability and regulatory compliance – means it is flexible in use, offering a range of optional features such as an integrated thermal printer and RFID technology.

“With the new VT-600 e, our customers will be able to improve their production controls in an efficient manner and in compliance with current regulations, guaranteeing the optimisation of their processes and cost reduction,” says Mitxel Pérez, industrial sales representative at Dibal.

This launch reinforces Dibal’s commitment to innovation and the development of advanced technological solutions for the industry, consolidating its position as a benchmark in the sector.
