Aven will showcase its latest innovations in magnifying lamps and tweezers at MD&M West 2025, taking place February 4-6, 2025, at the Anaheim Convention Center. Attendees can visit Aven at Booth 4539 to explore the new ProVue MAX magnifying lamps and the E-Z Grip Tweezers, designed to meet the demands of modern electronics manufacturing and medical device assembly.

ProVue MAX Magnifying Lamps: Precision Meets Versatility
The new ProVue MAX magnifying lamps provide exceptional clarity and versatility for delicate electronics and medical device work. Featuring a 6-inch, crystal-clear glass lens with 2.25x magnification, the ProVue MAX ensures precise inspection and detailing. With 64 adjustable LEDs offering three color temperatures – cool, warm, and daylight – these lamps can be customized for any workspace. The ESD-safe design and enclosed, spring-balanced arm enhance flexibility and precision, while the ergonomic swivel joint and LED memory functions provide ease of operation.

The ProVue MAX UV model introduces additional capabilities, including ultraviolet (365nm) LEDs, alongside white (6500K) LEDs, allowing seamless switching between UV and standard illumination. This dual functionality makes the ProVue MAX UV perfect for specialized tasks such as solder joint inspection and contaminant detection, further enhancing its value for industries requiring high-precision work.

E-Z Grip Tweezers: Built for Precision and Durability
Aven will also introduce a new line of precision tweezers designed for durability, control, and comfort, including the Titanium Blue Tweezers, E-Z Grip Serrated Tweezers, and E-Z Grip Black Tweezers.

  • Titanium Blue Tweezers: Featuring a durable titanium oxide PVD bond, these tweezers are designed for exceptional wear and corrosion resistance. The fine, hand-finished tips provide superior precision for industrial and laboratory applications, making them perfect for electronics assembly and repair.
  • E-Z Grip Serrated Tweezers: Made from anti-magnetic and anti-acid 304 stainless steel, these tweezers are built to last. The serrated tips ensure an exceptional grip for handling the smallest components, while the cross-hatch knurled grip provides comfort and control for precise handling in electronics and medical device applications.
  • E-Z Grip Black Tweezers: These tweezers offer the same anti-magnetic and anti-acid properties as the serrated model, with the added benefit of a PVD bond finish for increased scratch and corrosion resistance. The cross-hatch knurled grip ensures ergonomic comfort and superior control during delicate tasks.

Attendees of MD&M West 2025 are invited to stop by Aven’s booth (4539) to experience the ProVue MAX magnifying lamps and E-Z Grip Tweezers.
