The components from the 972 series PowerLoad ecosystem are designed for applications up to 2000 VAC / 1500 Hz, and from 150 – 800 Amps. The connectors feature a +230°C maximum operating temperature (stainless steel bodies and shells). TurboFlex rope lay power cables are optimized for PowerLoad connectors and wire gauges from 8 AWG to 4/0. Ultra-flexible cable configurations with ruggedized Duralectric or FEP jacketing are available. The low-resistance crown ring contact system delivers a low temperature rise under load.
