RBB, a trusted leader in electronics manufacturing since 1973, proudly celebrates a major milestone for one of its most dedicated team members. Cheryl Thompson, known for her versatility, precision, and steady presence, marks 25 years with the company.

Cheryl joined RBB in 2000 as a Test Technician and quickly earned the respect of her colleagues. She was promoted to Test Manager in 2001 and later advanced to Production Manager. Over the years, her role expanded to include engineering scheduling, job routing, document control, and quoting—core functions that support RBB’s fast and flexible service model.

She has also stepped in across departments—from purchasing and scheduling to test operations—whenever and wherever needed.

“Cheryl knows our operation inside and out,” said Bruce Hendrick, Owner and CEO at RBB. “She brings a deep understanding of our processes and customer relationships that comes from years of experience. Her presence is a steadying force, and her knowledge is invaluable.”
