TTCI Celebrates Melanie Rutkauskas’ 10-Year Anniversary and Her Leadership of New Training Division

The Test Connection Inc. (TTCI), a leading provider of electronic test and manufacturing solutions, is proud to celebrate Melanie Rutkauskas on her 10-year anniversary with the company. Since joining TTCI in 2015, Melanie has played an essential role in the organization’s operations and strategic growth—and now leads its newest venture, The Training Connection, LLC (TTC-LLC), launched earlier this year to serve the training needs of the electronics manufacturing industry.

Melanie was recently promoted to Director of Operations for TTC-LLC, where she oversees course development, instructor coordination, and client engagement. Drawing from more than 30 years of experience in operations, accounting, and customer service—including 17 years as Senior Vice President of Operations at the Better Business Bureau of Maryland—Melanie brings strong organizational leadership and a deep understanding of workforce development to her new role.

She began her career at TTCI as Executive Office Administrator and Accountant, and has been instrumental in the company’s growth ever since. With her IPC-A-610-H certification and hands-on knowledge of industry standards, Melanie was the natural choice to guide the launch and growth of TTC-LLC.

“The Training Connection is a response to what our industry has been asking for—accessible, practical training that helps professionals build real-world skills,” Melanie said. “I’m excited to help shape a program that meets those needs and supports the next generation of engineers, inspectors, and quality specialists.”

Launched in 2025, The Training Connection offers courses in IPC certifications (610, 600, and 620), Design for Test (DFT) principles, and advanced soldering techniques, with training locations in Baltimore and Tampa.
