IFFA 2025: Bizerba to present future-oriented solutions for efficient, safe, and sustainable processing

Under the theme “Rethinking Meat & Proteins”, Bizerba will present how intelligent technologies can optimise the entire value chain while flexibly adapting to specific product requirements.
From May 3 to 8, 2025, the company will showcase in Frankfurt (Hall 12.1, Booth A61), four key focus areas will shape Bizerba’s presence at the trade show: maximum efficiency through optimised production processes, valuable data use for transparent real-time decisions, sustainable solutions for eco-friendly production, and maximum flexibility in handling diverse product variants.

A central highlight of the trade show will be the fully automated, scalable end-of-line solution, demonstrated live at the booth in a continuous process loop. It combines state-of-the-art inspection, labelling, and handling technologies into a seamlessly automated and intelligently controlled system.
Its integration with the BRAIN2 software platform enables centralized control with comprehensive monitoring, OEE-analysis, and real-time order processing – a prime example of how data can be used to optimize production workflows.
Another key area is product safety: At IFFA, Bizerba will present its new LeakSecure leak detection device, which identifies even the smallest holes and cracks in product packaging – non-destructively and in real time.
Combined with the SealSecure sealing seam inspection system, Bizerba enables 100% inspection of packaging tightness and seal integrity – a powerful tool to prevent complaints and reduce food waste. In addition, sustainable labelling solutions like the CleanCut Linerless technology show how material usage and waste can be reduced – without compromising on efficiency or design.
Bizerba is also setting new standards in slicing and weighing. The showcased systems deliver maximum efficiency and minimal giveaway – especially valuable for small and mid-sized businesses seeking flexible, adaptable solutions.
