Neil Donaldson has joined the Wolverhampton-based business as Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Manager after more than a quarter of a century in quality-based roles.

He will review all WEP’s processes to ensure the very highest standards are being met across the business.

Neil, from Telford, said: “I am delighted to be at WEP. It is a fascinating business and I have already learned a lot.

“It’s my job to review the process flow and to find new solutions, ensuring the very highest quality standards are being met.

“I will also be introducing new objectives around health and safety, as well as carrying out environmental audits to ensure WEP is operating as sustainably as possible.

“There is a fantastic team in place and I am looking forward to the challenge ahead.”

Neil has worked in the plastic packaging, automotive and railway industries. He has experience of dealing with automotive tier one suppliers and has successfully steered businesses to TS 16949 and ISO 14001 certifications.

WEP is part of the Anochrome Group and works with some of the biggest tier 1 suppliers into OEMs in the automotive, construction, rail, petrochemical, wind energy, highways and commercial vehicle sectors.
