Döhler has introduced its latest portfolio to convey the spirit of the refined shade of brown, inspired by Pantone’s Colour of the Year 2025, Mocha Mousse.

A Journey of Comfort and Indulgence is a mix of natural colours and flavours to create products that deliver the Mocha Mousse concept through taste, textures and healthier options associated with the indulgence and calmness required by modern consumers.

According to Pantone, its Colour of the Year 2025, Mocha Mousse, reflects consumers’ growing desire for comfort, joy and simplicity.

Döhler said it transforms smart ideas and emerging trends into reality by leveraging natural ingredients, innovative technologies and tailor-made solutions.

Based on science and advanced extraction processes, Döhler offers natural, sustainable, and E-number-free solutions to help brands capture the essence of Mocha Mousse. For this particular colour tonality, its Jasper Brown is a new addition to the natural colour portfolio. It serves as an ideal alternative to Caramel Colouring E150d/Caramel Class IV for allergen-free and clean-label products, as it is derived solely from roasted corn. Complemented by gluten-free malt extracts and high-colour malt extracts, brands can achieve stable, vibrant browns without compromising on taste.
