If you want to produce handcrafted gourmet burgers in an industrial way in any shape you like as well as portion other products then Industrial Fuerpla’s GCN Pneumatic Cutting Group can save time, boost productivity, and maintain product quality.

Designed to be versatile and help diversify production, it can portion a wide variety of foods, such as burgers, cheeses, fingers, nuggets, meatballs, and more.

A high production output is possibly as cutting speed is synchronised with a stuffer, ensuring high production capacity and optimising efficiency with every cycle.

This system can easily connect to any continuous or vertical stuffer/filler with portioning capabilities, without the need for equipment modification.

Technically, it operates at a 6-bar working pressure with a product output up to 110 mm in diameter for round portions, and up to 100×100 mm for square portions.

Moulds are customisable moulds, meaning a wide variety of moulds are available with the option for custom designs to meet specific production needs.
