Electronics assembly operatives must be ‘educated, encouraged and enabled’

McDade has received similar recognition for her services to the electronics industry several times before, and at the 2024 ceremony, held at the prestigious Grand Connaught Rooms in London’s Covent Garden, the introductory remarks again praised McDade for her unswerving commitment to increasing the performance and quality of electronics assembly manufacturing staff through continuous training.
Commented McDade: “It’s a tremendous honour to receive this award. In doing so I would like to highlight the essential role electronics production operatives play in underpinning our entire industry.
