KYZEN, the global leader in innovative environmentally friendly cleaning chemistries, is proud to announce that it has been honored with its 17th Service Excellence Award (SEA). The award was announced during a ceremony on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at SMTA International.

The award was presented to Sherry Stepp, KYZEN’s Global Marketing Manager, by Mike Buetow, President of the Printed Circuit Engineering Association (PCEA).

Now in its 32nd year, the Service Excellence Awards recognize outstanding performance in customer service across the electronics manufacturing industry. The SEAs are the only industry awards program that relies on direct customer feedback to determine the best-in-class providers. Companies are evaluated based on key criteria, including dependability and timely delivery, ease of use, manufacturing quality, responsiveness, technology, and overall value.

“This award is a reflection of our deep commitment to our customers. We are extremely honored to be recognized once again for our dedication to delivering the best possible solutions and service,” said Stepp. “Our 17th SEA is a testament to the strength of the relationships we’ve built with our customers over the years, and it inspires us to continue pushing for excellence in everything we do.”

KYZEN has built its reputation on delivering high-quality, environmentally friendly cleaning solutions designed to meet the needs of the most demanding electronics manufacturing environments. With 17 Service Excellence Awards, KYZEN continues to set the standard for customer service and innovative cleaning technologies.
