Greenvale has unveiled a new image as it sets out its agenda for the future of sustainable potato production.

As part of the rebrand, Greenvale, formerly Greenvale AP, modernised its visual identity to reflect its roots within the fresh produce sector and signal a change as it embarks on its next chapter.

David Rankin, MD at Greenvale noted the current period is pivotal for the sector as it tackles a reduction in the overall potato growing area, while facing the upcoming challenges of climate change and pest management.

“This rebrand comes at a great time, aligning with some significant structural changes within our business,” Rankin said. “The change positions us for increased recognition beyond our current offering as we expand and invest in the future of the industry as a whole.”

One of the UK’s largest growers and suppliers of fresh, processing and organic potatoes, which plays a significant role in the UK’s potato retail, wholesale and manufacturing sectors, is vertically integrated with the full life cycle of potato production.

Greenvale business operations handle everything from varietal development, seed breeding and growing, through to farm; all of which is supported by a specialist in-house team of agronomists to maximise potato production. The final string to Greenvale’s bow are two, well-invested fresh packing facilities, delivering to a range of retail, processing and B2B customers on a daily basis.
