Regional Qualification – United Kingdom

Do you have what it takes to become the next regional champion in Hand Soldering?

Advanced Rework Technology Ltd and IPC invites you to join the UK Contest of the IPC Hand Soldering Competition (HSC) held at Farnborough International Exhibition Centre during the Southern Manufacturing & Electronics exhibition in Farnborough, London on 6-8 February 2024.

Skilled soldering experts will be competing for 60 minutes on a complex circuit board assembly to win the 2024 National title, earn a cash prize and a coveted spot at the IPC Hand Soldering World Championship (to take place in Munich, Germany later this year).

Hand soldering of high-density PCBAs requires highly skilled and qualified technicians to meet zero-defect soldering leading to overall assembly reliability.

Registration is free of charge.

You do not need to be an IPC member to take part.

You do not need to be IPC-certified to take part.

Competition rules are available from the IPC Website.

For more information or to secure your place, please contact Philippe Léonard, IPC Europe director (PhilippeLeonard@ipc.org) or info@rework.co.uk
