AirBench are really pleased to hear another success story from our partner Easycut in Estonia. Working with their customer Pieno Tyrimai UAB, located in Lithuania, they have installed an AirBench FN unit and the end user has reported being very satisfied with their installation.

Pieno Tyrimai grind grain, grass, hay, and similar materials, as preparation for laboratory tests. Their dust issue focussed on cleaning the milling machine used for this grinding process; before each cycle of grinding the machine must be completely cleaned to remove contamination from the previous cycle. The existing solution, a standard vacuum cleaner, was not fully removing contaminants leading to ruined test cycles and a slow cleaning process.

Installing an AirBench FN with an accompanying airline cleaning system allowed Pieno Tyrimai to work faster and more efficiently; with no more contamination remaining in the grinder.
