Elesa has expanded its fastening range with DCE tube clamps compliant with DIN 3015, covering rigid and flexible pipe installations in hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
The range includes the three principal DIN 3015 configurations used in industrial pipe management. DCE-S clamps cover the Standard Series under DIN 3015-1, DCE-H covers the Heavy Series under DIN 3015-2, and DCE-D covers the Twin Series under DIN 3015-3.
By offering standard, heavy-duty, and twin-pipe formats, the range can be specified for different pipe diameters, mechanical loads, and mounting conditions. That gives machinery builders and maintenance teams a structured fastening system for installations where pipe position, vibration control, and repeatable assembly standards directly affect reliability.
Each clamp is formed from two matching halves, which tighten around the pipe and distribute mechanical load across the supported section. The clamp bodies are manufactured from polypropylene-based technopolymer with high UV resistance, while steel fastening and support components provide the strength required for industrial mounting.
Correct pipe support is a small detail with a large influence on hydraulic and pneumatic system behaviour. Poor restraint can increase vibration, load couplings unevenly, accelerate wear, and make service access more difficult, particularly where multiple lines run through compact machinery or mobile equipment.
The Heavy Series is intended for more demanding hydraulic and oil-hydraulic applications, where vibration resistance and mechanical strength are central to installation integrity. The Twin Series allows two rigid pipes or flexible cables to be secured in parallel, supporting cleaner routing through machinery, vehicles, and plant assemblies.
Modular mounting hardware sits alongside the clamp bodies. Plates, rails, screws, nuts, washers, and accessories are available as DCK complete kits, allowing installers to configure support assemblies without building each installation from separate fastening components.
