Amtech Electrocircuits, a leading provider of manufacturing solutions, has introduced a trio of critical process enhancements aimed at helping customers navigate today’s evolving supply chain and production demands.

Amtech now offers a Tariff Management and Cost Intelligence Tool that tracks customs duties in real time at the work-order level. Customers gain instant insight into tariff exposure and sourcing risk, enabling smarter quoting decisions and stronger cost resilience.

In parallel, Amtech embedded DMAIC (Define‑Measure‑Analyze‑Improve‑Control) training into its project management workflows. This shift toward structured problem-solving and standardized process execution boosts consistency across global sites.

A newly launched Pre‑Production Job Setup Department ensures that every build is staged with verified programs, tooling, and material before entering the shop floor, minimizing surprises, downtime, and build variability.

“These upgrades reflect our focus on execution, visibility, and readiness across every phase from quoting through floor execution,” said Jay Patel, CEO of Amtech. “By tightening cost visibility and staging jobs before production, we’re improving speed, accuracy, and responsiveness for our customers.”

Amtech continues to reinforce its leadership in high-mix, low- to medium-volume manufacturing through strategic process enhancements. By strengthening digital integration and operational control, the company ensures that customers can scale reliably, even amid tariff shifts, sudden product ramps, or global complexity.
