WireMasters, Inc., a global distributor of cables and connectors, has secured authorisation to distribute Clearfield, Inc.’s fibre-management platforms and related connectivity products across international defence sectors. This agreement significantly enhances WireMasters’ interconnect portfolio by integrating scalable fibre architectures capable of supporting high-density, rapid deployment communication systems.
This strategic partnership grants system integrators and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) access to Clearfield’s comprehensive range of products, including FieldSmart FxDS frames, Clearview cassettes, fibre cables, and CraftSmart enclosures. These products will be available through WireMasters’ well-established logistics and stocking network, enabling faster procurement cycles and ensuring local inventory for projects necessitating short lead times and full product traceability.
Established in 1988, WireMasters is a key supplier of wire, cable, connector, and harness-management solutions, catering to aerospace, defence, and space programmes globally. Clearfield, Inc., founded in 2008, specialises in designing and manufacturing cassette-based modular platforms for fibre protection and delivery. Their offerings include distribution frames and field-deployable cabinets crucial for optical networks and data infrastructure.
