ZIEHL-ABEGG, a long-standing partner and satisfied user of our solutions for over a decade, has implemented the first apps from the innovative software solution portfolio of SynapticaOS with Smart Alerts and Product Change – a real highlight in our collaboration!
With the introduction of Smart Alerts, the customer has achieved impressive savings:
- 70% reduction in downtime during changeovers
- 80% reduction in downtime due to machine malfunctions
- 90% reduction in micro-stops
- Approximately one-third reduction in walking distances
- Significant reduction in physical and organizational workload for operators
In combination with the Product Change application, the return on investment (ROI) is only 10 to 12 months – clear proof of the efficiency of our solutions.
Various ASYS hardware components are used on two active production lines, including VEGO handling modules, INSIGNUM, SERIO, and the DryTower from ASYS material logistics. The change is also visible: SynapticaOS is now directly accessible to the customer via a monitor.
