Apollo Seiko’s J CAT LYRA + ARC 5000 Goes Beyond Traditional Soldering at SMTA Wisconsin

Apollo Seiko, a leading innovator in soldering technology, is pleased to announce plans to exhibit at the SMTA Wisconsin Expo, scheduled to take place Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at the Four Points by Sheraton | Milwaukee Airport. The company will showcase its JCAT Lyra soldering system with the ARC 5000.

The ARC 5000 introduces an additional axis of movement beyond traditional iron tip soldering. As applications become increasingly complex, traditional soldering methods may struggle to reach difficult-to-access areas. With the ARC 5000, Apollo Seiko addresses this challenge by offering precise control over the movement of the soldering iron in an extra axis, supplementing the existing X, Y, Z, and R ranges of movement.

“The ARC 5000 empowers users to tackle soldering tasks with unprecedented precision and flexibility, reaching previously inaccessible areas with ease,” said Rick Schiffer, Sales. “We’re excited to showcase this innovation at the SMTA Wisconsin Expo and demonstrate how it can revolutionize soldering processes for our customers.”

Attendees at the SMTA Wisconsin Expo will have the opportunity to witness live demonstrations of the ARC 5000 in action and learn more about its capabilities firsthand. The Apollo Seiko team will be on-site to provide insights, answer questions, and discuss how the ARC 5000 can enhance soldering efficiency and quality across a wide range of applications.
