World of Zing and Rosa’s Thai craft fresh cocktail menu
Bottled cocktail specialist, World of Zing, has announce its latest cocktail collaboration with authentic Thai restaurant group Rosa’s Thai.
Available in World of Zing’s environmentally-friendly paper cocktail packaging, the new cocktail menu is now available for diners to enjoy across 40 Rosa’s Thai restaurants nationwide.
Designed by Channel 4 Sunday Brunch cocktail expert and global mixologist Pritesh Mody, the latest Rosa’s Thai cocktail menu features Thai twists on popular modern classics, including Lemongrass Chilli Margarita, Dragon-Star Martini and Kopiko Espresso Martini.
The cocktails are all packaged in World of Zing’s new Frugal paper bottles, which are made up of a 94% recyclable paperboard outer, and use up to 77% less plastic than a plastic bottle. The bottles are also five times lighter than a normal glass bottle and require less protective packaging, reducing transport costs and resulting in a carbon footprint that is six times lower than a normal glass bottle. Empty bottles can be flattened to reduce space requirements once used, in turn decreasing waste costs.
World of Zing Founder, Pritesh Mody notes that having worked with Rosa’s Thai on its pre-batch cocktail offering since 2016, he is thrilled to see the launch of its most exciting menu yet.
“From our Dragon Fruit twist on the Pornstar Martini to our delicious interpretation of a Pina Colada with bursts of Boba Tea, this menu of Thai inspired modern classics features the sort of vibrant colours, textures and exciting ingredients you would expect to experience in a proper cocktail bar,” Mody comments. “As simple as pouring over ice and serving, our industry leading pre–batch cocktail programme offers absolute quality that can be consistently served across all 40 Rosa’s sites nationwide.
