Hernon Manufacturing Inc. has announced plans to exhibit at Shot Show 2024, held from January 23rd to 26th, 2024, at the Venetian Expo + Caesars Forum in Las Vegas. Attendees can experience Hernon’s groundbreaking patented Bullet Tip ID technology at Booth #41357.

Hernon’s new Bullet Tip ID is the latest technology in ammunition identification, featuring breakthrough advancements such as excellent adhesion, scratch-resistant properties, extreme print quality and uniformity. The innovation, known for its cost efficiency with low processing costs per round, introduces a solvent-free, single-component, UV-cured coating that cures in seconds. Easy to apply and available in multiple colors for easy identification, the Bullet Tip ID not only improves processing speed but also sets new standards for precision and reliability in the realm of ammunition marking.

In addition to its cutting-edge Bullet Tip ID, Hernon has been a leader in ammunition sealant technology for almost half a century. The company’s high-performance sealants cover a diverse range of ammunition, from small-caliber rifle rounds to large mortar rounds. Hernon’s continuous process, utilizing UV lights for quick curing, has replaced the outdated asphalt-based batch process, offering a cleaner and more efficient solution. Government-approved since 1994, Hernon’s sealants are specified on official drawings, solidifying its reputation as a world-renowned manufacturer in ammunition sealant technology.
