Testo Saveris, a provider of innovative measurement technology solutions, will highlight how food safety can be reshaped from a compliance requirement into an integrated, data-driven culture at this year’s GFSI Conference 2026. Taking place in Vancouver from 24-26 March, Testo Saveris will participate alongside industry leaders under the theme ‘Food Safety is Everyone’s Business’.
As well as a dedicated booth at the event, Testo Saveris will host a session titled ‘Language No Barrier, Science No Guesswork: Scaling Food Safety Culture through AI and Automation’. Speakers will be Tobias Matt, Director Product Management Food and Stephanie Burchardt, Head of Subject Matter Experts for Food.
Tobias Matt at Testo Saveris said: “At GFSI 2026, we will demonstrate how AI-powered language support, automated process transitions and simulated temperature modeling transform food safety from a compliance requirement into an integrated, data-driven culture. Our goal is to ensure that food safety is not only universally understood, but executed correctly every single time.”
Targeting an audience of key decision makers, including food safety leaders and operations executives, Testo Saveris’ session aims to bridge the gap between high-level compliance and frontline execution. The presentation will demonstrate how its latest hardware and software ecosystem removes the friction caused by language barriers and the inaccuracies of manual monitoring.
In addition, by integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced thermal modeling directly into the workflow, Testo Saveris is enabling a culture not only focused on “doing the right thing” but where “everything’s done right” is ingrained into daily operations.
“This gives employees a sense of empowerment, with AI leveraged to foster a sense of ownership among non-native speaking staff,” added Stephanie Burchard at Testo Saveris. “Our approach also improves operational efficiency and supports data-driven safety. Our expertise in food safety provides a unique insight into compliance and efficiency.”
