Rockwell Automation demonstrates future industrial operations

Rockwell Automation unveils transformative technologies at SPS 2025. The world’s leading industrial automation company will present innovations designed to optimise manufacturing processes, highlighting digital twins, AI-driven operations, and advanced I/O platforms. This showcase aims to demonstrate enhanced efficiency and resilience in industrial operations.

Rockwell Automation, the global leader in industrial automation and digital transformation, is set to present its cutting-edge technologies at SPS 2025 in Nuremberg, Germany, from 25 to 27 November. Under the theme “Creating the Future of Industrial Operations,” Rockwell Automation will demonstrate how manufacturers can enhance production processes through integrated design, operation, and maintenance.

Vincenzo Monaco, Managing Director DACH at Rockwell Automation, stated, “Across the DACH region, manufacturers are rapidly embracing smart technologies to stay competitive. At SPS 2025, we’ll show how digital twins, AI-powered operations, and next-generation I/O platforms are enabling faster, smarter, and more resilient machine design.”

Key highlights at the Rockwell Automation booth include the ControlLogix® 5590 programmable logic controller (PLC), which addresses the challenges of legacy systems by enabling streamlined operations through a unified control platform. The PointMax™ I/O system offers a flexible remote input/output solution, critical for adapting to dynamic manufacturing environments. FactoryTalk® Analytics™ LogixAI® empowers operational technology personnel with predictive capabilities, enhancing production quality and process integrity. Additionally, Emulate3D® software facilitates virtual testing of control systems, reducing development time and risks.

Visitors can explore these innovations at booth 320 in hall 3C, where specialists will discuss tailored automation solutions. Rockwell Automation will also participate in the conference programme, featuring presentations on advanced I/O and engineering productivity.
