New generation of IoT-ready smart meters from Landis+Gyr

New residential and industrial electricity meters offering advanced metering and edge intelligence form part of the evolving Gridstream Connect IoT platform.

For residential applications, two new variants of the E360 residential meter series are introduced, aimed to allow DSOs to utilise new possibilities in smart grid applications and personal energy management with actionable insights on billing, power quality and edge applications.

Both are IoT ready intelligent endpoints with LTE CAT M1/NB1 and NB2 enabled.

The E360 CT LTE is a transformer connected variant for higher consumption applications, while the E360 S2 3phase LTE allows for more options in regard to SIM card handling and is designed for multiutility use cases supporting wired and wireless M-Bus meter and OMS 4.xxx configurations.
