HASCO thermal insulation panels drilled – with standard processing as standard

Thermal insulation plates prevent the uncontrolled flow of heat from heated injection moulding and pressing tools into the machine clamping plates. Due to their high thermal compressive strength, they are particularly suitable for use in highly stressed tools.

The drilled HASCO thermal insulation panels are provided with the standard machining for system diameter, tool screw connection, centering flange and fastening holes as standard. They are available in three different variants, Z12010/… for transverse projections, Z12012/… for longitudinal projections and Z12015/… for flush clamping plates.

Outstanding insulating properties

They are ideal for thermal insulation and have outstanding insulating properties with the best chemical resistance. Energy savings of up to 50% can be achieved.

Very good Dimensional and form stability

The thermal insulation panels made of high-quality glass fabric, combined with high-temperature resin, offer optimum temperature resistance and also impress with very good dimensional and dimensional stability. The coefficient of expansion is comparable to that of steel. For use in medical technology and in the clean room, the customer can choose a special high-performance coating that seals the surface and protects it from abrasion.

High cost saving potential

Ready-to-install, machined thermal insulation panels offer considerable cost-saving potential during assembly and disassembly and save the mold maker the difficult processing.
