Data collection for a wide range of meters – the CMe2100 LTE from Elvaco.

Data collection is now used more than ever before, thanks to changes in technology it is now easier than ever too. Elvaco are at the forefront of data collection technology and DMS are proud to be their Professional Partner.

Within the Elvaco product range includes the CMe2100 LTE – an M-Bus metering gateway for mobile networks, which holds support for LTE communication and automatic fallback function (2G/3GLTE). The device can read up to 256 M-Bus meters (slaves), it compiles its meter data into customised reports then delivers it to the receiving system.

What makes this device stand out is that it is equipped with an IR interface, this enables it to communicate wirelessly with other devices from the Elvaco CMe and CMeX series.

CMe2100 LTE is compatible with all other meters that use the M-Bus standard protocol. The product can be configured and updated remotely through text messages or HTTP, which means that settings can easily be changed without having to visit the installation site.
