INEOS has completed its acquisition of Runcorn EDC manufacturing assets. The deal brings the UK’s remaining ethylene dichloride production facility and the outstanding Runcorn MCP shareholding under INEOS Inovyn, strengthening integration across the site’s chemicals operations.
