Engineered Printing Solutions (EPS) will showcase one of the widest ranges of direct-to-object (DTO) printing technologies at PRINTING United Expo, with a focus on helping brands and manufacturers identify their ideal product printing solution.
Visitors to booth C2137 will have the opportunity to compare decoration technologies side by side, including pad printing, single-pass inkjet, multi-pass inkjet and robotic printing solutions. A highlight will be the XD-R robotic printing system, featuring automated product handling and decoration, alongside the KP08 pad printer, XD Series single-pass printer and multi-pass DTO platform.
Throughout the show, EPS’s machines will run a wide variety of live samples to demonstrate how the different decoration technologies can be matched to specific production requirements. Attendees will see products including poker chips, golf balls and bottle openers alongside industrial safety signage, pharmaceutical caps and plastic food packaging, providing a practical comparison of print quality, throughput, automation potential and substrate compatibility.

In line with these trends, the team will be able to share and discuss the company’s recent white paper, The Shift in Direct-to-Object Printing, which shows how single-pass UV inkjet technology can improve ROI through greater labour efficiency, lower setup costs and faster payback in suitable applications.
