Industry professionals will convene to exchange insights and explore the future of automation. The conference promises dynamic learning and collaboration opportunities.

Emerson has commenced registration for its flagship event, Emerson Exchange 2026, set to take place from 19-21 May at the Dubai World Trade Centre. This marks the first time the conference will be hosted in the Middle East, drawing professionals from the global industrial automation sector to collaboratively shape the future of innovation.

Liam Hurley, President, Middle East & Africa at Emerson, stated, “With the theme ‘Imagine the Next’, this year’s conference challenges delegates to transcend current digital transformations and envision future operational breakthroughs. Our customers aim to make faster, smarter decisions, progress towards autonomous operations, and enhance performance and value. Exchange will inspire and inform them in achieving these objectives.”

The conference is expected to attract over 2,000 attendees from more than 50 countries, providing a vibrant platform for innovation, collaboration, and learning. Attendees will have the opportunity to network with peers, industry leaders, and Emerson experts, focusing on how advanced automation technologies are enhancing reliability, productivity, and sustainability.

Featuring more than 300 expert-led presentations, the event will cover topics including intelligent automation, safety excellence, production optimisation, asset performance, sustainability, energy transition, and modernisation projects. A 5,000 square-metre interactive technology expo will display the latest innovations from Emerson and its partners.

User case studies will demonstrate how cutting-edge technologies address real-world challenges and optimise return on investment. Executive panels will delve into industry-shaping forces, such as sustainability, digital transformation, and workforce development.

Hands-on training courses with over 600 available seats will support personal and professional development. Specialised forums will cater to key industries, including oil and gas, refining, chemical, power, life sciences, and metals and mining, focusing on global energy transition, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence.

Hurley added, “Companies in the Middle East are adopting next-generation automation technologies to significantly enhance operational efficiency, safety, reliability, and sustainability. Their drive to expedite innovation and position the region as a global hub for advanced manufacturing makes Dubai an ideal venue for Emerson Exchange 2026.”
