OctoFrost, a globally recognised leader in food processing equipment, has acquired HiTec Food Systems, a Netherlands-based expert in tailor-made food processing machinery.

The partnership enhances the global market position, combined portfolio, and shared commitment to quality, innovation, and customer-centric solutions.

This strategic move combines OctoFrost’s expertise in blanching, cooking, chilling, and freezing with HiTec’s specialised capabilities in coating, frying, oil filtering, cooking, grilling and cooling – creating comprehensive solutions for a wide variety of food products while expanding OctoFrost Group to three production sites in Sweden and the Netherlands.
