In this presentation, Dr. Price details the challenges related to formulating environmentally friendly electronic cleaning products, such as true low VOC products that comply with the most stringent VOC analysis methods, and the advantages of those products.
Kalyan Nukala, MS, PMP, will be presenting “Cleaning Performance Evaluations & Best Practices for Novel Jettable Pastes for Advanced SMT Assembly Processes” on November 2ndat 3:00 pm during the MFX track. This presentation will discuss the cleaning compatibility of jetting and compatible printing solder pastes from process to analytical cleanliness testing and determine the best and worst-case cleaning chemistry scenarios for each of the pastes in question.
