StaticStop Reports Record Sales Revenue

StaticStop, a division of SelecTech, Inc., and leader in the manufacture of innovative ESD flooring products that save time and money, reports record sales growth in 2021. Despite industry challenges from the COVID-19 pandemic, the company saw its strongest annual sales to date. 

“We’re excited to have had such a strong year in 2021,” stated Tom Ricciardelli, President & CEO of SelecTech. “We worked extra hard to say on top of our customers’ needs and get them what they needed to meet their static control goals.”

Ricciardelli attributes this impressive growth to demand for two of its new products launched in 2021: PolyStyle ESD Resinous Flooring and SelecTile ESD in colors. He also noted increased demand in Mexico. Despite the Coronavirus outbreak in 2020, Mexico’s consumer electronics market has had significant development, recording one of the most significant sales volumes.

Additionally, StaticStop had an exceptionally strong presence in the automotive electronics industry during the past year. The use of electronics in the automotive industry is expanding at a tremendous rate as new systems are being added annually. These systems must function properly to meet comfort and safety requirements, while working in a mobile environment that is subjected to more stress than a typical electronic device.
