Press expands soup range with new autumnal duo

Both soups are completely plant-based but high in protein with at least 14g of plant-based protein in each soup.

Press Healthfoods is launching two new flavours into its soup range, to providing consumers with a “quick, nutritionally-dense, protein-rich mealtime solution”.

Launching onto the PressHealthfoods website on 4th November 2022, the two new soups, Nourish and Energise, are both high in protein and completely plant-based.

Nourish contains sweet potato, red lentils and spinach, with 17g of protein per serving. Energise combines butternut squash, mixed beans, and red lentils, and contains 14g of plant-based protein. As with the rest of the brand’s product portfolio, these soups are rich in minerals, vitamins and fibre, have a low calorie content, no added sugar and contribute to your 5 a day.

Both soups are chunkier in style, using lentils, butternut squash and beans for a warming and satiating meal during the winter months.

Ed Foy, founder of Press Healthfoods, said the brand prides itself on creating nutrition solutions that are quick and easy but above all, delicious.

“These two new soups are a great addition to our range and not only taste amazing, but deliver all the health benefits too,” Foy said. “At Press, we believe protein is the most important pillar in a balanced diet, which is why we developed our soups to ensure you get a great protein boost, whilst enjoying a natural plant-based soup that is high in fibre and supports immunity throughout the colder months.”

As with every Press product, the soups come in 100% recyclable packaging, and all delivery boxes are made from 100% recycled card. The brand recently partnered with CleanHub, and is now officially plastic neutral.

For every kilogram of plastic Press produces, it commits to taking the same amount from the environment before it enters the ocean. It has already seen 8,927 kg of plastic collected from the oceans, which is equivalent to 892,653 plastic bottles.

The new soups will be available to purchase from press-london.com RRP £4.95.
