Marinedi Group and Aqua superPower to bring electric vessel charging solution to Marina di Brindisi
A partnership has been formed between Mediterranean marina network the Marinedi Group and Aqua superPower to build a maritime fast-charging infrastructure as the sector seeks to transition to electric forms of boating.
To begin with, Aqua superPower will install its marine fast chargers at the Marina di Brindisi in Italy, an electric boat charging hub within the commercial port of Brindisi. With 638 berths, Marina di Brindisi is a base for vessels making journeys to the coasts of Croatia, Greece and Montenegro across the Ionian and Adriatic Seas. Marinedi is claimed to be the first Mediterranean marina group to offer an electric boat charging solution.

Earlier in 2022, the Marinedi Group adopted the protection of the environment and biodiversity into its constitution with a focus on sustainable planning, construction and management. By installing Aqua superPower’s marine fast chargers at Marina di Brindisi, Marinedi will take a significant step toward making the marina a sustainable boating location.
Through the partnership, Aqua superPower and the Marinedi Group aim to deliver a fully connected network and charging infrastructure across all of the latter’s marina locations.

We are pleased to be the first of the Marinedi Group and the first in Puglia to have a charging station for electric boats.”
