Libra Industries, a privately-held systems integration and electronics manufacturing services (EMS) provider, continues to pursue acquisitions – both business acquisitions and customer facilities. Libra has extensive capabilities in fabrication, machining, printed circuit board assembly and cable and wire harness production as well as complex assembly and testing. Libra is at full throttle since rounding out its management team. Jim Kircher – Libra’s CEO, formerly of Faulhaber and Jabil and Flextronics, recruited Jabil alumni, Andrew Williams to SVP of Business Development and Jeff Swenson to SVP of Operations along with ex-US Army and Commercial Vehicle Group professional Jerry Faunt to SVP of Engineering and Quality.  Libra also promoted Vince Mihalek to Vice President of Supply Chain and Cory McMaster as an Operational Lead in its Dallas facility.
