KYZEN to Deliver a Range of Cleaning Solutions at SMTA Long Island

KYZEN, the global leader in innovative environmentally friendly cleaning chemistries, will exhibit at the SMTA Long Island Expo & Tech Forum, scheduled to take place Wednesday, October 19, 2022 at the Marriott Melville in Melville, NY. The KYZEN team will discuss how its AQUANOX® A4639, CYBERSOLV 141-X and MICRONOX MX2501 can solve individual cleaning challenges.

An aqueous cleaning solution designed for hard-to-clean lead-free, rosin and no-clean flux residues in batch cleaning systems, AQUANOX A4639 provides exceptional cleaning results and protection of metallic surfaces with minimal monitoring and no sump-side additives. It is easy to control and effective on a range of soils at low operating temperatures and concentrations, making it a low cost of ownership product.

CYBERSOLV 141-X is a non-flammable, solvent-based cleaning fluid designed for benchtop cleaning needs. CYBERSOLV 141-X is ideally suited for cleaning through-hole and SMT electronic assemblies, connectors, cables and hybrid cables as well as removing rosin, resin and synthetic polymeric flux residues from electronic circuitry. The cleaner is self-rinsing, dissolving the contaminant and then readily evaporating after the cleaning application.

An engineered precision vapor cleaning solvent, MICRONOX MX2501 is designed to be a drop-in replacement for modern era vapor degreasing equipment. MX2501 is effective in removing no-clean and rosin flux residues with superior performance characteristics over other fluorinated based cleaning solvents. The solvent features “zero” ozone-depletion potential and can replace TCE and TCA in many cleaning applications.
