Enlit Asia 2022 co-located with Sustainable Energy Week & Solar+Storage Asia in Bangkok

Enlit Asia is delighted to announce our first in-person event in two years. We have long awaited to be reunited with our clients and to host this most prestigious event for our partners and the ASEAN power and electricity community.

Located in Bangkok, Thailand, at BITEC (Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre) on 20-22 September, Enlit Asia 2022 is a senior energy event endorsed by Ministry of Energy Thailand, the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation in Thailand and PTT Exploration and Production (PTTEP).

We’re delighted to announce our partnership with GAT International, and the co-hosting of Enlit Asia with Thailand’s foremost event for the national power industry, Sustainable Energy Technology Asia (SETA) 2022 and Solar+Storage Asia (SSA) 2022.

The natural partnership between Enlit Asia, SETA and SSA will see the delivery of a significant international conference and exhibition for the power industry’s annual calendar. With over 350 exhibiting companies and 15,000+ visitors from the entire ASEAN and global power value chain, the exhibition provides a much-needed opportunity to reconnect after 2 years of virtual meetings, gain technical insights and uncover the latest technologies.

“Meeting with our ASEAN energy community for our flagship, annual event again will be such an incredible experience, and we look forward to welcoming everyone live in 2022. Due to the energy sector rapidly changing, it is imperative to stay on top of all the latest news and solutions in the sector. During the event, we’re focused on providing tangible takeaways presented as thought-provoking learnings, ideologies, and strategic solutions from some of the energy sector’s brightest minds. For Enlit Asia 2022, we also will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with the esteemed organisation, SETA, to ensure this year’s event is one of the most dynamic we’ve planned yet,” said Simon Hoare, Portfolio Director of Enlit Asia.

A senior-level conference will examine the challenges ASEAN faces in navigating the energy transition and adopting sustainable energy practices, while highlighting the opportunities which have evolved due to this unique energy sector climate. With ASEAN’s energy transition and Cop26 top of mind, the timely event theme is “Accelerating ASEAN’s Energy Transition to Achieve Carbon Neutrality.”

Strategically centred at the heart of ASEAN and a forerunner in the region’s energy transition with an increasingly supportive regulatory framework, bolstered by progressive policies, creating an ever more attractive investment environment, Thailand is the ideal place to gather for Enlit Asia 2022.

“I am confident that this joint effort by SETA, SSA and Enlit Asia will be an exciting energy show in Asia. Therefore, I would like to invite you to attend and enjoy interacting with your peers and potential partners… I look forward to meeting you in Bangkok in September 2022,” invited Dr. Tatchai Sumitra, the Chairman of SETA.
