At the stand, Emerson will demonstrate how its electric linear motion control solutions provide original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and manufacturers greater flexibility and efficiency. Integrated, scalable and precise control is provided by Emerson PACMotion™ high-speed servo motion controllers. These operate Emerson’s new AVENTICS™ Series Servo Profile Advanced (SPRA) Electric Actuators, which offer multiple screw technologies and a high level of precision and repeatability. An IIoT gateway with analytics software offers access to application performance and device condition information presented on a simple dashboard. Multimedia Monitoring Solution

Emerson’s multimedia monitoring solutions can help optimise energy and utilities usage. The demonstration features a turnkey engineered solution, incorporating an edge controller with integrated analytics, pneumatic valve system and power supply. Using open protocol communications to connect to a broad range of instruments and sensors, data is aggregated and visualised to enable monitoring, analysis and trending of compressed air, gas, water, steam and energy consumptions. The multimedia monitoring solution is ideally suited for automated applications such as clean-in-place systems, which often consume over 30% of utilities. Accurate monitoring and analytics enable the user to optimise consumption and to save 30%-45% of media usage for a single clean-in-place skid.

AVENTICS Series SPRA Electric Rod-Style Linear Actuator
