Dina Foods launches Paninette at Tesco
Mediterranean food supplier Dina Foods has launched its authentic Paninette flatbreads in 200 Tesco stores.
The soft-dough two-layered Paninette, baked in Dina Foods’ traditional stone ovens, can be filled, used as a wrap or topped like a pizza, and served at any time of day.
The versatile white flatbreads appeal to today’s consumers who are looking for quick, healthy and fun meal-time solutions in the home, as working patterns change, says Dina Foods’ assistant general manager Wilda Haddad.
She comments: “Any number of savoury toppings, as well as sweet toppings can be added to the Paninette®. This versatile bread makes for an instant win across all age groups.”
The Dina Foods’ 12-inch white Paninette flatbreads, which will be supplied in a pack of five to Tesco, are also vegan and preservative-free. They are available at the RRP of £1.15.
Packs have a nine-day shelf life due to the modified atmospheric packaging used.
