Autopack brings Weightpack filling systems to UK

Autopack and Weightpack are bringing net weight filling systems closer. The partnership combines Italian equipment with UK engineering, installation, service, and spare-parts support.

Leading independent integrator of packaging lines Autopack has entered into a strategic partnership with Italian equipment manufacturer Weightpack, bringing advanced net weight filling and capping systems closer to the UK.

The partnership gives manufacturers in the food, drink, chemical, cleaning, personal care, and wider liquid packaging sectors direct access to Weightpack’s high-performance filling technology, supported by Autopack’s UK market knowledge, engineering expertise, and after-sales capability.

It builds on Autopack’s strategy of working with world-class international machinery partners to deliver tailored and integrated packaging lines. Weightpack now adds complementary expertise in net weight filling for liquids, powders, and viscous products.

Weightpack’s systems are designed for accuracy, hygiene, and performance across a wide range of applications, capable of filling products across a broad viscosity range, from thin, free-flowing liquids to more challenging viscous products like peanut butter.

The technology is also adaptable to a variety of closures, including screw caps, flip-tops, pump dispensers, spray triggers, and other specialist formats.

The collaboration will provide UK customers with local commercial advice, technical assistance, and faster access to spare parts. Technical teams from both businesses will also undertake joint training to support installation, calibration, maintenance, and on-site service for customers.

Jonathon Stewart, UK Sales Director at Autopack, said: “Our role is to bring together the right technology, engineering knowledge, and local support to deliver packaging lines that perform. Weightpack adds a proven, high-quality net weight filling solution to our portfolio and strengthens our ability to support customers looking for accuracy, flexibility, and long-term reliability.

“Combined with our existing international partnerships, this gives customers access to best-in-class technology, backed by the practical project management, installation, and after-sales support they need on the ground.”

Massimiliano Milletti, Area Sales Manager at Weightpack, added: “The UK is an important market for Weightpack, and working with Autopack gives us a strong local partner with the technical capability and customer relationships to support manufacturers properly. Together, we can make advanced net weight filling technology more accessible while ensuring customers receive the service and support required for successful long-term operation.”
