Food manufacturers are grappling with persistent labour shortages, escalating costs, and heightened demand. In response, TNA Solutions is poised to highlight solutions that can make a significant impact at interpack 2026, taking place from 7–13 May at Messe Düsseldorf, under the theme “Innovation Simplified.”
Located in Hall 14, Stand C56 & D56, TNA will introduce cutting-edge, integrated solutions designed to help snack and confectionery producers enhance their production lines without added complexity. The focus will be on line-level thinking, demonstrating how packaging, seasoning, distribution, confectionery, processing, and digital technologies can yield maximum value when functioning as a connected ecosystem.
According to Michael Jonson, CEO of TNA Solutions, “Food manufacturers are under pressure to deliver more consistent results with less waste — of time, energy, and operator effort.” At interpack, TNA will exhibit how simplicity in design and operation translates into tangible gains across production lines, such as faster changeovers, reduced interruptions, lower maintenance needs, and smarter upgrades. Jonson emphasised that intelligent integration could be transformative for food producers in 2026 and beyond.
As labour availability and skills shortages continue to challenge manufacturers globally, TNA’s presence at interpack will underscore how simplified line design and reduced manual intervention can sustain throughput while alleviating pressure on operators and maintenance teams. Visitors will witness the latest developments in TNA’s packaging portfolio and the new tna roflo® conveying technology. Live demonstrations will highlight how intelligent integration facilitates smoother product flow, fewer stoppages, and quicker recovery when conditions change, safeguarding productivity and minimising operational strain.
For confectionery producers, TNA will highlight new mogul enhancements prioritising factory floor needs, including improved energy efficiency, faster and easier cleaning to minimise downtime and labour, and enhanced safety features aimed at mitigating contamination risks.
With health and wellness expectations reshaping food manufacturing, TNA will also present advancements in its batch-frying technology. The focus will be on improved process control and consistency, enabling producers to create healthier snacks while maintaining consumer expectations for taste, texture, and shelf appeal, without compromising throughput.
Digital tools are becoming indispensable across food manufacturing, yet complexity remains a barrier to adoption. At interpack, TNA will demonstrate how digitalisation can support rather than overwhelm operators, offering clearer interfaces, enhanced visibility, and more intuitive control. A key feature of the stand will be tna intelli-assist™, an immersive extended-reality (XR) experience that allows visitors to visualise how simplicity at the line level enhances performance, from product flow and control points to system interaction and future upgrades, when technologies are designed as a cohesive whole.
TNA will also participate in the interpack Spotlight Forum with two sessions exploring how intelligent design and digitalisation are shaping the future of food manufacturing.
In alignment with its commitment to sustainability, TNA will conduct a ticket-to-donation initiative during interpack. Customers can register for a chance to receive a complimentary ticket, with TNA donating the equivalent cost of a one-day interpack ticket (€70) to the Nadia and Alf Taylor Foundation for each registration using the company’s complimentary code.
