PAC to demonstrate automated bagging technology

MODEX 2026 will highlight automated packaging for distribution operations. PAC Machinery is set to unveil its latest innovations in packaging automation at MODEX 2026. The focus will be on systems that optimise high-throughput bagging and wrapping using recyclable paper and recycled-content polyethylene films, promising enhanced efficiency and sustainability.

PAC Machinery is gearing up for a significant presence at MODEX 2026 in Atlanta, scheduled from April 13 to 16 at the Georgia World Congress Center. The company will showcase advanced equipment and materials aimed at enhancing bagging and wrapping workflows, adaptable to both recyclable paper and recycled-content polyethylene films.

At Booth C-11986, PAC Machinery will present its “Flexible Sustainability” approach, which allows diverse mailer substrates to operate on unified automation platforms. This innovation promises reduced material costs, increased efficiency, and adaptability without extensive hardware changes.

Featured in the line-up are the Rollbag R785 and R985 baggers, designed for versatility in packaging materials, and the 6800CS fulfilment wrappers, which streamline infrastructure by eliminating pneumatics. Additionally, the R3200 series supports larger format mailers, expanding automated flow capabilities.
