Secondly, Roquette is targeting the fast-growing GLP-1 companion food market. As consumer interest in weight-loss medications rises, there is increased demand for high-protein, nutrient-dense mini-meals. Notably, there has been a 29% growth in products featuring combined protein and weight management claims over the past year.
