This strategic expansion positions Mondi as a leader in offering a comprehensive range of food packaging solutions — from corrugated and solid board to flexible packaging. The company aims to assist customers in adapting to changing consumer preferences and stringent EU regulations, particularly in sustainability, convenience, and packaging innovation.
Mondi’s expanded offerings are meticulously designed to address pivotal trends in the food packaging sector. These include lightweighting and portion control with optimised materials and smaller packs, enhancing retail presence with retail-ready packaging and point-of-sale displays, and committing to sustainability with packaging that is 100% renewable or recyclable, in line with EU directives like the PPWR.
