Eplan Platform 2026 officially launches in UK

Eplan Platform 2026 simplifies engineering with enhanced user focus. The new portfolio reduces complexity, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to specific market segments. It integrates seamlessly into existing IT landscapes, supporting industries from basic engineering to control cabinet manufacturing, enhancing efficiency without additional procurement.

Eplan has unveiled the Eplan Platform 2026, a significant overhaul of its software suite, designed with a heightened focus on customer needs across various market segments. The revamped portfolio aims to simplify the engineering process by reducing complexity and providing a complete solution for specific application fields. The platform is engineered to integrate effortlessly into existing IT environments.

Eplan prioritises accelerating time to value for its customers. The comprehensive solutions are customised for specific industry tasks and workflows, enabling immediate, optimised use in basic engineering, electrical engineering, and control cabinet manufacturing. This eliminates the need for additional module procurement. Eplan’s Vice President Customer Journey, Jan Fleming, stated, “We have systematically aligned our product portfolio toward the tasks and workflows of our customers. The Eplan Platform 2026 provides maximum support for users in their respective application fields.”

The platform addresses the unique requirements of market segments: Eplan Preplanning caters to operators and planners, Eplan Pro Panel is used for control cabinet construction, and Eplan Electric P8 offers machine builders the necessary functionalities. The introduction of cloud-based collaboration apps, alongside the Eplan Data Portal, parts management eStock, and eManage for data management, enhances the scope of services. These features, now included in certain configurations, streamline processes across project phases, from concept development to commissioning.

Eplan Preplanning has expanded its capabilities to include electrical engineering requirements in early planning phases, offering single-line schematics and integration of preplanning data. This expansion allows operators and planners to utilise the software in basic engineering, benefiting from preconfigured content tailored to machine building, control cabinet engineering, and more.

The Eplan Download Center, accessible to all users at eplan.com, provides direct access to software, tools, eLearning content, and licensing information. Users can also find version updates, allowing for significant upgrades with ease. More information is available at www.eplan.com.
