European software company Forterro has appointed Alice Taylor as its new Chief of Staff, enhancing its leadership team amid rapid growth and an ambitious cloud and AI strategy. Taylor, with an extensive background in cloud technologies and digital transformation, joins Forterro from PwC, where she spearheaded a joint initiative with Amazon Web Services (AWS) focused on strategic partnership and commercial execution.
In her role, Taylor will collaborate closely with Forterro CEO Dean Forbes and the board to streamline decision-making and execute strategy across the company’s expanding European footprint. “The clarity of purpose and pace of change at Forterro were immediately compelling to me,” said Taylor. “I’m excited to help build momentum, embed routines that drive accountability, and contribute to Forterro’s story at such a critical phase of its growth.”
Taylor started her career at PwC, becoming a Chartered Accountant before transitioning to tech strategy. She also gained experience at AWS, focusing on customer engagement and cloud solutions. Her appointment underscores Forterro’s commitment to enabling industrial midmarket companies to modernise their ERP systems for the digital era.
