Aven will exhibit at the SMTA Space Coast Expo & Tech Forum on Thursday, November 13, 2025 at the Melbourne Auditorium.

Aven’s new Inspector™ UV Magnifying Lamp, will be front and center at the event. Designed for engineers and technicians who need accuracy and efficiency in their inspection processes, the Inspector™ UV blends magnification, UV illumination, and digital imaging into one streamlined tool.

The system features a 5-diopter (2.25x) optical glass lens and dual-mode LED lighting—standard white light for everyday inspection and 365 nm ultraviolet light for fluorescent coatings, adhesives, and other UV-reactive materials commonly found in electronics, aerospace, defense, and medical manufacturing.

Built with everyday usability in mind, the Inspector™ UV includes a 6-inch lens and a balanced articulating arm that allows precise positioning without fatigue. Its ESD-safe materials make it well-suited for use in sensitive electronics environments.

A built-in high-definition camera enables users to capture detailed images and stream live video directly to a PC via USB—ideal for process documentation, training, and quality reviews. This integration of optics and imaging offers a practical way to share results and maintain consistency across inspection teams.

Attendees are invited to visit Aven at the SMTA Space Coast Expo to experience the Inspector™ UV firsthand and explore how it enhances visibility, precision, and collaboration in modern manufacturing.
